Manage day-to-day hospital facility operations and infrastructure.
Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, waste management, and other facility services.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper upkeep of all hospital areas.
Coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil and other repairs.
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers and monitor their performance.
Maintain records of AMC, equipment maintenance, facility-related complaints and service reports.
Ensure proper availability of essential facility supplies and consumables.
Conduct regular facility inspections and identify safety or maintenance issues.
Coordinate with departments during breakdowns, emergencies and operational issues.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, fire safety, biomedical waste management and NABH requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
