ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Purpose/Objective

The purpose of this role is to present, promote and sell ICD Chawapail and Pristines rail, road, warehousing and other logistics services to recent prospective customers.

Key responsibilities:
Explore recent markets and customers for the ICD.
Frequent travel for customer meetings and business development.
Gather market intelligence and develop customer specific solutions engaging multiple stakeholders, both internal & external, to attract/retain customers for the ICD.
Prepare regular management reports and customer volume forecasts.
Quality and Timeliness of reports and Customer Database.
Customer Relationship Management
Coordination with operations,



customs authorities, transporters, and shipping partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh college graduates are also welcome.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Ability to work in a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
