Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Company Secretary to join our energetic team at our office located in Green Park Extension, New Delhi.
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in corporate compliance, governance, and legal advisory, with the ability to support the Board and senior management in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Management
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements under the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable corporate laws.
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and filings.
Manage all filings with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and other regulatory authorities.

Corporate Governance
Advise the Board of Directors on governance, legal, and compliance matters.
Ensure adherence to best corporate governance practices, transparency, and accountability.





Board & Committee Meetings
Organize and prepare agendas for Board and Committee meetings.
Draft, circulate, and maintain minutes, resolutions, and action points.
Ensure follow-up and implementation of decisions taken in meetings.

Legal Advisory
Provide legal and strategic advice on corporate and commercial matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Handle corporate litigation and coordinate with external legal counsels and advisors.

Liaison & Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory authorities.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth corporate operations.

Documentation & Record-Keeping
Ensure proper maintenance, custody, and confidentiality of company documents.
Oversee documentation of corporate policies, procedures, and legal records.
