Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service through multiple communication channels including voice calls, emails, chats, and video KYC interactions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to handle queries efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Experience: 1 - 5 years

Location: Mumbai (HO)
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and resolve customer queries
Respond to customer emails and chat queries within defined SLAs
Conduct Video KYC verification as per regulatory and company guidelines
Verify customer details and documents accurately during the KYC process
Provide transparent and correct information about products, services, and processes
Maintain proper documentation and update customer details.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards
Follow compliance, data privacy,



and security guidelines at all times
Meet individual and team performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and turn around time
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (any stream)
Freshers welcome; prior experience in customer support is an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Comfortable handling customers via calls, emails, chats, and video interactions
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills (Positive to Have):
Experience in Customer Support, Payments, Forex or KYC operations
Familiarity with Video KYC processes
Prior experience working with CRM or ticketing tools
