About the Role

We are looking for a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to manage the gym reception, handle member interactions, and support membership sales.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, sales, hospitality, gym, fitness, or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet members, guests, and walk-in customers professionally.
Manage all front desk and reception activities.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Explain gym memberships, packages, offers, and facilities to prospective customers.
Conduct gym tours for prospective members.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into memberships.
Handle membership registrations, renewals, payments, and receipts.




Maintain accurate member and lead records.
Achieve monthly membership and sales targets.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
Coordinate with trainers, housekeeping, and management for smooth gym operations.
Maintain daily sales, inquiry, follow-up, and membership reports.
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and qualified.
Assist management with other front-office and administrative activities when required.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in a gym/fitness industry will be preferred.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Positive Hindi and English communication.
Presentable, energetic, and confident personality.
Strong sales and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email, and computer systems.
Comfortable making follow-up calls and handling customers.
Target-oriented and able to work
