Key Responsibilities
Own and drive project delivery from planning through execution and closure, ensuring projects meet timeline and quality goals.
Work closely with engineering, QA, product, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Act as Scrum Master to facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, maintaining transparency with stakeholders.
Identify delivery bottlenecks and coordinate with teams to resolve them effectively.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and coordinate between teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Maintain project plans, dashboards, status reports, and delivery metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Support product owners and technical teams in maintaining and prioritizing the backlog, and facilitate estimation, release planning, and sprint planning activities.
