Job Summary

We are looking for a Zoho One Configuration Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Zoho applications. The role involves understanding business requirements and configuring Zoho solutions across HR, Finance, Recruitment, Sales, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Zoho One applications based on business requirements.
Manage Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho CRM.
Set up workflows, automation, approvals, forms, roles, permissions, and dashboards.
Integrate Zoho applications for seamless data flow across departments.
Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into Zoho configurations.
Identify process gaps and recommend Zoho-based solutions.




Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
Provide ongoing support and process improvements.

Requirements
2+ years of hands-on Zoho configuration/implementation experience.
Solid experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, and Zoho Recruit.
Experience in workflows, automation, integrations, permissions, and customization.
Good understanding of HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Sales processes.
Knowledge of Deluge, APIs, or webhooks is an advantage.
Solid problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
