Job Summary

Subhi Satcom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of experience in the EMS industry. The candidate must have practical knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime, accounting, purchase processes, PO, BOE, vendor bill verification, GST, TDS, and vendor reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting
Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and expense entries.
Maintain vendor ledgers and perform regular reconciliation.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.

Purchase & Vendor Management
Understand and manage the complete purchase accounting process.
Check Purchase Orders (POs), vendor quotations,



rates, quantities, taxes, and commercial terms.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, and Accounts departments.
Maintain proper purchase and vendor documentation.
Follow up with vendors for pending invoices and required documents.

Vendor Bill Verification
Verify vendor invoices against PO, GRN/material receipt, and supporting documents.
Check quantity, rate, GST, TDS, and other applicable charges.
Identify and resolve discrepancies before bills are processed for payment.

GST & TDS – Mandatory
Must have solid practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
Verify GST details on purchase and vendor invoices.
Understand Input Tax Credit (ITC) and GST-related accounting entries.
Assist with GST reconciliation and compliance.
Understand applicable TDS sections, rates, deductions, and accounting entries.
Maintain TDS records and assist with TDS returns and related compliance.
