Job Summary

Turbo Tech Engineers is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business prospects, communicating with customers, promoting our products, and developing long-term client relationships in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
Contact potential customers and introduce Turbo Tech Engineers' products and services.
Follow up with existing and new customers to convert enquiries into orders.
Prepare quotations, share product information, and coordinate with customers regarding orders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Research current markets, customers, distributors, workshops, and potential business opportunities.
Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the internal team for pricing, availability,



and delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Support digital marketing activities, social media promotions, exhibitions, and other marketing campaigns.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Monitor competitors and market trends and provide feedback to the management.

Additional Responsibility
The candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera for company marketing activities.
Participate in product videos, reels, social media content, promotional videos, and product demonstrations as a company representative/model.
Valuable confidence and presentation skills in front of the camera are required.
Candidates should be comfortable speaking naturally and professionally on video.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experienc
