We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele-caller to join our team and help boost sales by reaching out to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
Contact existing and potential customers by telephone to introduce and promote company products or services.
Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and service offerings.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using the company’s products and services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain and regularly update customer and prospect contact lists.
Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Record customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities accurately.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and sales targets.




Maintain qualified and courteous communication with customers at all times.

Requirements
Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Location - Udaipur (Raj.)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
