Pre-Primary & Primary Teacher – Job Description

Position: Pre-Primary / Primary Teacher

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons for pre-primary and primary students.
Create a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
Use creative teaching methods, activities, stories, games, and learning materials.
Monitor students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Assess student progress and maintain appropriate records.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress and development.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior and values.
Participate in school events, activities, meetings, and training programs.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff.

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
D.El.Ed / D.Ed / B.Ed will be preferred, depending on the grade level and applicable requirements.




Candidates with Montessori/NTT/ECCE qualifications may be preferred for Pre-Primary positions.

Experience:
1–3 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or primary school is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in teaching may also be considered.

Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid classroom management skills.
Patience, creativity, and a child-friendly approach.
Ability to use activity-based and interactive teaching methods.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
Valuable English communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
