Job Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality Pan-Asian and Chinese dishes.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
Prepare sauces, marinades, stocks and other kitchen preparations.
Handle wok, fryer, grill and other kitchen equipment.
Maintain food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
Monitor ingredients and minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service.
Guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Working time: 10.30 AM to 3.30 PM
Break: 3.30 PM to 6.30 PM
Evening time: 6.30 PM to 11 PM
