Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Azure Cloud / Windows Engineer
responsible for designing, deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting
Microsoft Azure and Windows infrastructure
environments.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in
Azure Infrastructure, Azure Networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Monitor, Backup/DR, and ITIL-based incident management
.

Key Responsibilities
Provide
L2 support
for Azure public cloud and Windows/Wintel environments.
Troubleshoot complex
Azure infrastructure, networking, VM, storage, identity, and connectivity issues
.
Perform
incident, problem, and change management
following ITIL processes.
Prepare
RCA
for critical and priority incidents.
Design and deploy Azure infrastructure solutions for project and customer environments.




Automate repetitive operational activities using
PowerShell, Azure Automation, scripts, or workflows
.
Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
Manage technical escalations with internal teams and Microsoft support.
Support Azure-to-on-premises integration and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Collaborate with skilled services, infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
