Job Description: Recruitment Consultant – Industrial Vertical

We are seeking a self-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our talent advisory consultancy. This is an Associate-level role for an individual contributor who can independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our manufacturing, engineering, and industrial clients. You will work with minimal supervision to deliver top talent mandates in the industrial space.

Role Summary: Independently handle your own client accounts, managing everything from understanding the initial job brief to final candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Execution
Own the full recruitment cycle independently, delivering high-quality profiles within tight deadlines.
Source junior-to-mid level talent by utilizing diverse sourcing methods, including job portals, skilled networking platforms, headhunting, industry mapping,



and referral networks.

Client Management & Advisory
Interface directly with clients, hiring managers, and key stakeholders to take detailed job briefings.
Advise manufacturing clients on realistic talent availability, salary benchmarks, and market trends.
Manage client expectations regarding hiring timelines, salary negotiations, and pipeline bottlenecks.

Assessment & Candidate Closure
Screen candidates thoroughly for technical skills, cultural fit, and overall alignment with client requirements.
Manage complex offer negotiations independently, balancing candidate expectations with client budgets.
Ensure robust post-offer engagement to minimize drop-out rates and guarantee smooth onboarding.

Reporting & Compliance
Maintain 100% accurate records across all internal trackers and recruitment reports.
