Job Summary:
Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities at the project site.
Instruct and monitor construction teams and subcontractors to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Supervise blockwork, plastering, painting, tiling, stone flooring and cladding, waterproofing, internal wall treatments, woodwork, metalwork, and other finishing activities.
Monitor daily progress and ensure finishing works are completed within the approved project schedule.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other site teams to avoid delays and resolve site issues.
Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and finishing standards are maintained.
Identify defects and coordinate with the relevant teams for rectification and timely closure.
Ensure proper sequencing of finishing activities to maintain smooth project progress.
Monitor the availability and proper use of materials, manpower, and equipment required for finishing works.
Maintain daily progress records and report site updates to the Project Engineer/Manager.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements at the worksite.
