We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our energetic HR team. Responsibilities
Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly into the company culture.
Support employee evaluation processes through data collection, performance management documentation,



and feedback tracking using HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
Administer benefits programs, including advantages enrollment, benefits administration, and compliance with regulations such as FMLA and OSHA standards.
Maintain accurate personnel records, handle confidential information with integrity, and ensure compliance with employment & labor law requirements.
Contribute to HR projects related to workforce management, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and organizational design initiatives.
Support HR legal compliance management by assisting with regulatory reporting, audit preparations, and policy updates.

Qualifications
Proven experience in human resources department functions or administrative roles supporting HR operations.
Solid knowledge of human capital management systems (HRIS), payroll processing tools like ADP or Paychex, and data analysis using Excel.
