We are looking for an experienced
Bench Sales Manager
to lead and scale our U.S. IT staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage a high-performing Bench Sales team
Farm and develop recent vendor/implementation partner relationships
Participate in hiring, training and performance management
Drive submissions, interviews and placements
Analyze
submission → interview → placement ratios
and identify performance gaps
Develop strategies to improve recruiter and consultant productivity
Stay current on U.S. IT recruitment and technology market trends
Solid working knowledge of
H-1B, OPT/STEM OPT, EAD and C2C/W2 staffing compliance

We’re looking for someone who is:
A robust people manager and team builder
Data-driven and comfortable analyzing recruiting KPIs
Proactive, accountable and solution-oriented
Experienced in U.S. IT staffing/Bench Sales

Experience:
10+ years in U.S. IT Staffing/Bench Sales with prior team leadership experience.
