50% billable utilisation through customer engagements.
50% contribution to pre-sales, consulting and practice development.
Customer workshops and executive presentations.
Solution estimation and commercial support.
Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Delivery, Partners and UK leadership.
Development of reusable accelerators and knowledge assets.
Role-specific Responsibilities
Lead Databricks solutioning and customer workshops.
Prepare estimates, proposals and migration strategies.
Lead Databricks architecture on billable projects.
Own Databricks CoE, accelerators and technical standards.
Coach engineering teams.
