About the Role

In this role, you will act as a bridge between our technical solutions and customer needs. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, suggesting suitable solutions, generating new leads, and convert opportunities into successful business.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through various marketing channels, online platforms, networking, referrals, campaigns, and other business development activities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, calls, online research, and references.




Visit customers to understand their requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
Explain product features, applications, and benefits in a explicit and easy manner.
Conduct site visits and gather necessary technical details when required.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers to close deals.
Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of requirements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Keep accurate records of leads, visits, quotations, and sales activities.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Work towards achieving assigned sales and lead generation targets.
Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline.

Requirements
Diploma / BE / B.Tech or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experie
