We are hiring a Lead Generator to own and manage our B2B outbound lead generation function. This role will be responsible for strategy, execution oversight, team management, and client communication across email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach channels.

Key Responsibilities
Own and define endtoend outbound lead generation strategy
Plan and oversee cold email campaigns, cold calling efforts, and LinkedIn messaging
Define ICP, buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and outreach cadences
Handle client communication, performance reviews, and conversion reporting
Track funnel KPIs: lead volume, reply rate, call connect rate, meetings booked, conversions
Review call recordings, email drafts, and LinkedIn messages for quality and improvement




Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads (SQLs) to Sales/Account teams
Maintain CRM discipline and data compliance standards

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years in B2B Lead Generation / Outbound Sales / SDR leadership
Robust experience with Seamless, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Proven handson experience with emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn outreach
Excellent clientfacing and stakeholder communication skills
Solid conversion, analytics, and reporting mindset
Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
