Role & Responsibilities
Conduct end-to-end audits of e-commerce platforms, identifying policy violations, listing discrepancies, payment anomalies, and seller non-compliance.
Validate inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and promotional compliance across multiple marketplaces and direct-to-consumer sites.
Document audit findings with explicit evidence trails, risk ratings, and actionable remediation plans for internal and client stakeholders.
Collaborate with legal, operations, and tech teams to design audit frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, local consumer protection laws).




Leverage data analytics tools to detect patterns of abuse, duplicate listings, fake reviews, or suspicious seller behavior at scale.
Present audit summaries and risk dashboards to leadership, enabling data-driven decisions to strengthen marketplace governance.
