Front Office & Sales Executive – Headz Hair Fixing

What you will do: Welcome and attend to customers visiting the hair-fixing centre.

Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and online leads.

Explain hair fixing, hair replacement systems, maintenance and related services to customers.

Understand customer requirements and assist them in choosing the right service.

Conduct follow-ups and convert enquiries into appointments and sales.

Maintain customer records, appointments and payments.

Coordinate with hair technicians during customer visits.

Ensure customers receive a skilled and friendly experience.

Manage the day-to-day front-office operations of the centre.

Requirements: Valuable communication and convincing skills. Marathi, Hindi and English preferred. Previous experience in sales, front office, salon, hair/beauty or customer service preferred. Well-groomed, confident and qualified.

Working Days & Timings: 6 days a week, with 1 weekly off on Tuesday

10am-7pm working time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
