Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Service Manager to manage our two-wheeler service operations. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, customer-handling, and team-management skills, with a focus on service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department.
Lead, supervise, and motivate service technicians and support staff.
Ensure timely and quality delivery of vehicles to customers.
Monitor service productivity, efficiency, and department targets.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Monitor job cards, service processes, and workshop workflow.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts and Sales departments when required.
Ensure proper implementation of company and manufacturer service standards.
Monitor service revenue, expenses, and overall department performance.




Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and training to staff.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and discipline within the workshop.
Prepare and monitor service-related reports and performance data.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in two-wheeler/automotive service operations.
Previous experience in a Service Manager / Workshop Manager / Service Head role is preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Valuable customer-handling and communication skills.
Ability to achieve targets and manage service operations efficiently.
Knowledge of workshop processes and service procedures.
Candidates with experience in an authorised two-wheeler dealership will be preferred.
