Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, internal databases, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Maintain accurate recruitment data and regularly update the ATS/recruitment tracker.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment databases.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Valuable negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
R Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment reportR
