Responsibilities
Responsible for Safety, Health, Workplace and Plant Engineering activities including all facilities in the company. Responsible for up time of all these resources.
Develop departmental objectives / KRA for function to assign with MFG.
Implementation of industrial excellence by involving supervisors operators to improve continuously by implementing 5S and Autonomous maintenance.
Responsible for driving Preventive and Predictive maintenance.
Improve Plant MTBF, Reduce MTTR and Break down
Responsible for statutory compliance requirements.
Conservation of energy, water and driving sustainability initiatives.
Implement IRIS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 system procedures to improve the performance.
Critical spare parts management.
Plan implement AMC for critical and utility equipment.
Implementation of layout changes.
Construction and maintenance of all civil structures within the estate.
Responsible for installation and commissioning of capital equipments
Deliver a high-quality initiative, on time and within the budget.
Qualifications
B.E EEE / Mechanical with 10 to 13 years of experience in Plant Engineering.
