We are looking for a Retail Apprentice – Curio Shop to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Curio Shop. The role involves providing excellent customer service, handling product sales, maintaining merchandise displays, and ensuring the shop is clean, organized, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests/customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain product features, prices, and details to customers.
Assist customers in selecting suitable souvenirs, handicrafts, gifts, and other curio items.
Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and sales documentation accurately.
Maintain proper stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
Arrange and display merchandise attractively.
Ensure products are properly labelled, priced, and presented.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Curio Shop.
Assist with receiving, storing, and replenishing stock.
Monitor rapid-moving and low-stock items and report the same to the supervisor.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.




Support promotional activities and seasonal displays.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling guidelines.
Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth shop operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor/management.

Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.

Eligibility
Candidates pursuing or having completed 12th/ITI/Diploma/Degree in Retail, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
