Role & responsibilities :
Handle functional support and implementation activities for Oracle EBS R12 Finance.
Work on GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Tax/EBTax, and Intercompany modules.
Gather business requirements and provide appropriate Oracle EBS Finance solutions.
Configure Finance modules based on business requirements and process needs.
Handle GST and Tax related requirements, transactions, and issues.
Manage Intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes.
Perform AP, AR, Bank, Subledger, and GL reconciliations.
Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Prepare functional specifications, test cases, and process documentation.
Perform SIT/UAT testing and coordinate defect resolution.
Analyze and resolve production support issues within agreed timelines.
Coordinate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and customizations.
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and business stakeholders.
Provide user support, training, and knowledge transfer.

Preferred candidate profile:




5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional.
Robust hands-on knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax/EBTax, and Intercompany.
Good understanding of GST and Indian Taxation processes.
Solid experience in Reconciliation, Intercompany Accounting, and Month-End Closing.
Experience in Oracle EBS Finance implementation, enhancement, and production support.
Valuable understanding of Finance and Accounting business processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business and technical teams.
Experience with SIT, UAT, functional documentation, and user support.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS integrations, interfaces, reports, and basic SQL will be an added advantage.
Candidates available to work from Mumbai will be preferred.
