About the Role

We are seeking a highly resourceful, discrete, and adaptable
Personal Assistant to CEO

with a robust
service mindset

. This position directly supports the CEO across a diverse enterprise portfolio comprising commercial business entities and a non-profit/NGO initiative in Kochi. The ideal candidate will combine executive administrative expertise with local mobility and operational flexibility, providing seamless support, proactive calendar management, and occasional
on-call support on weekends and evenings

as required.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the CEO.
Screen all incoming calls, take messages, filter correspondence, and direct inquiries appropriately.
Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, flight itineraries,



and airport transfers.
Prepare reports, documents, presentations, meeting minutes, and official letters.
Maintain paper and digital records, files, and strict confidentiality of business and NGO information.
Coordinate across commercial business departments, staff, NGO project teams, and external contacts.
Remind the CEO of key deadlines, commitments, and follow-up items.
Execute local administrative errands, bank tasks, government office visits, and procurement across Kochi with occasional travel as required.
Provide on-call support on evenings and weekends when urgent administrative or travel needs arise.
Execute personal errands, bill payments, and procurement of requested items and oversee / coordinate with household staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline is preferred. Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).

Minimum 3 years of expe
