Plant Visit
Conduct plant visits to ensure employee safety.
Verify the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, welding helmets, goggles, gloves, etc.
Attendance Management
Download biometric attendance data from Realtime Biometric Software.
Update missing attendance data.
Recruitment Process
Recruit for various positions.
Search for candidates from Work India, Naukri.com, Found it job portal.
Connect with candidates referred by manpower consultants.
Discuss shortlisted candidate details with the respective department head.
Provide feedback to candidates for face-to-face or virtual interviews.
Update candidate details in the Candidate Data Bank.
Send offer emails to selected candidates.
Joining and Induction
Fill joining form for new shopfloor employees.
Collect both soft and hard copies of KYC documents from current joiners.
Share KYC documents with HOD for creating employee profiles and Employee Master.
Make recent staff aware of company and HR policies through induction.
Arrange induction sessions with all relevant departments and staff.
Coordinate with IT and Admin team to set up system and seating arrangements for recent staff.
Fill the office belongings form company assets are issued.
Training and Development
Prepare training data as per Training calendar.
Coordinate with relevant departments to gather updates on learning and development.
Share progress and improvements with Management.
Legal and Compliance
Updated soft and hard copy legal registers on a monthly basis.
Handled fresh and renewal applications for factory licenses.
Prepared necessary documents, obtained approvals and signatures from management.
Managed UAN activation, KYC updates, and e-nomination in EPFO.
