Role & responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain project-related records, databases, registers, and documentation in an organized manner.
Collect data from field teams and different departments and ensure its timely compilation.
Prepare reports, statements, presentations, and other documents as required by management.
Maintain accurate records related to manpower, vehicles, waste collection, operations, productivity, and other project activities.
Handle Excel-based data management, data entry, sorting, filtering, and basic data analysis.
Prepare and maintain documentation required for Municipalities, ULBs, government departments, and project offices.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, letters, official communications, and project submissions.
Maintain proper digital and physical filing systems for project and office records.
Coordinate with field staff, supervisors, project managers, and management for timely collection of required information.




Verify data received from field teams and identify discrepancies or missing information.
Support preparation of documents related to tenders, contracts, work orders, compliance reports, and government submissions.
Ensure timely submission of MIS and other project reports as per defined schedules.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company and project-related information.
Perform other MIS, documentation, and computer-related tasks assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 13 years of experience in MIS, documentation, data entry, computer operations, or a similar role.

Candidates with experience in Solid Waste Management, Infrastructure, Municipal Projects, Government Projects, or Urban Local Bodies will be preferred.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
Robust knowledge of Excel functions, formatting, filtering, sorting, and report preparation.
