Key Responsibilities
Administration & Operations
Lead and oversee day-to-day administrative operations across the organization.
Establish and streamline administrative processes, systems, SOPs, and workflows.
Ensure effective utilization of human, material, financial, and infrastructure resources.
Identify prospects for operational efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvement.
Monitor administrative performance and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead, mentor, and manage administrative and support teams.
Allocate responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure effective manpower utilization.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, discipline, and service excellence.
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, welfare initiatives, and disciplinary matters as required.
Coordinate with HR and other functional heads on manpower planning and organizational requirements.
Facilities & Infrastructure Management
Oversee facilities, campus infrastructure, housekeeping, transport,



logistics, maintenance, and other administrative services.
Ensure proper upkeep and effective utilization of organizational assets and infrastructure.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for maintenance, projects, and facility-related requirements.
Monitor service providers and ensure adherence to agreed service standards.
Security & Risk Management
Develop and implement comprehensive physical security policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic security audits and ensure timely corrective actions.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and relevant external agencies when required.
Develop emergency preparedness, safety, and incident-response protocols.
Ensure appropriate security training and performance monitoring for security personnel.
