Job Summary:

The Operations Department is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities related to the installation of lifts/elevators. The team ensures timely project execution, service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute lift/elevator installation projects.
Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance standards.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain documentation and reporting for operational activities.
Drive efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
