Job Summary

The GRE/Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming customers and visitors, handling incoming calls, coordinating customer visits, and providing a skilled first point of contact for the organization. The role also involves supporting the Sales and CRM teams in customer coordination and ensuring a smooth experience for customers visiting the sales office or project site.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Welcome and greet customers, visitors, and business associates professionally.
Manage the reception area and ensure it is maintained in a neat and presentable manner.
Register and maintain records of visitors and customer visits.
Coordinate with the concerned department/team when visitors arrive.
Customer Handling
Understand the basic requirements of customers visiting the sales office.




Direct customers to the appropriate Sales Executive or concerned team member.
Provide basic information about projects, amenities, location, and facilities.
Ensure customers receive a skilled and welcoming experience.
Call Management
Attend incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department.
Handle basic customer queries professionally.
Record significant messages and ensure timely communication with the concerned person.
Make follow-up calls wherever assigned by the Sales/CRM team.
Site Visit Coordination
Coordinate and register customer site visits.
Inform the concerned Sales Executive about customer arrivals.
Maintain daily records of site visits and walk-ins.
Coordinate with the site team to ensure arrangements are ready for customer visits.
Sales & CRM Coordination
Support the Sales and CRM teams with customer coordination.
Maintain customer and visitor records in Excel/CRM software.
