Manage day-to-day HR operations for the assigned production shift.
Ensure adequate manpower availability as per production requirements.
Monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, leave, and shift schedules.
Handle recruitment, joining formalities, induction, and employee documentation.
Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, and HR MIS reports.
Support labour-law compliance, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Ensure employees follow company hygiene, PPE, safety, and food-safety standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Admin teams for smooth operations.
