Job Profile: Marketing Executive cum Export Executive

A energetic professional responsible for driving marketing initiatives and managing international export operations for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). The role combines strategic promotion of products with compliance-driven export management to expand global market presence.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Development
Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote APIs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales growth.
Export Management
Handle end-to-end export documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, LC, etc.).
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, DGFT, customs, and pharma export norms.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipment and delivery.




Liaise with regulatory teams to ensure product registrations and certifications in target markets.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a point of contact for international clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical APIs and global pharma markets.
Expertise in export documentation and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage both marketing and export functions effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
