Job Role: Warden / Ward Helper

Job Description
Manage and supervise the assigned ward and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist students/patients with basic needs and routine requirements.
Monitor the ward workplace and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Handle basic health-related concerns and inform the appropriate medical staff when required.
Assist with movement, positioning, and basic care of individuals when needed.
Maintain discipline and safety within the assigned area.
Monitor ward facilities, equipment, and other essential requirements.
Report any health, safety, or maintenance issues to the concerned supervisor.
Support other ward-related activities as assigned by management.
