Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma freshers for one of our Tier 1 Manufacturing Company as a Technical Trainees. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation, maintenance, and airport ground-support equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the production and engineering teams in day-to-day manufacturing activities.
Support assembly, installation, testing, and inspection of equipment and components.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
Assist technicians and engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
Perform basic measurements using instruments such as vernier calipers,



micrometers, and measuring tools.
Support preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
Maintain proper documentation of production, inspection, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Stores, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards at the workplace.
Willingness to work in shifts or at customer/site locations when required.
Learn and develop technical knowledge related to airport ground-support systems and equipment.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / HVAC fundamentals.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and hand tools.
