Presales Team Lead :

Location : Mira Road

Role & responsibilities
Manage and drive pre-sales operations through Team Leaders and Assistant Managers.
Oversee inbound and outbound calling activities(in-house and third-party teams).
Ensure timely lead follow-ups, qualification, and site visit generation.
Drive adherence to calling SOPs, scripts, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Sales and CRM teams for effective lead handover and closures.
Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and productivity monitoring.
Track daily and weekly MIS on leads, site visits, and conversions.
Act as the single point of accountability for pre-sales execution and outcomes.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in managing multi-layered teams (TLs & AMs).
Solid understanding of the real estate sales funnel and CRM systems.
Excellent communication, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
