Job Description
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) of solar plants.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of solar plant equipment.
Address and resolve bill reading issues reported by customers.
Assist with online monitoring of solar plants.
Support customer registration and related service activities.
Ensure effective service delivery to maintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT).
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while conducting Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
Identify and report technical issues during maintenance activities.
Ensure timely resolution of plant and customer-related service issues.
Maintain proper service records and documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure zero safety violations.
Coordinate with the relevant technical and service teams when required.
