JLL is seeking a talented and motivated
Full Stack Developer 2 (P2)
to join our Workplace Digital Technology (WDT) team. As a Full Stack Developer 2, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support JLL's digital workplace platforms — working across both the front end and back end using React, Java, and microservices-based architectures. You will work closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features while contributing to long-term code health and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React (Hooks, Context/Redux, TypeScript preferred)
Design, build, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot
Design and implement microservices, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability across distributed systems
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests




Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement
Champion “shift-left” quality practices by embedding testing early in the development lifecycle
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues across both front-end and back-end components in a timely manner
Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
Adhere to JLL's security, compliance, and operational standards

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3–6 years of qualified software development experience as a full stack developer
