Job Role: Recruitment Specialist (Fresher)

Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other social media platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain candidate ATS and recruitment trackers.
Support offer coordination and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.

Required Skills:
Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Freshers with a solid interest in Recruitment and HR are welcome.
