Job Description – Billing & Data Entry Executive

Position: Accountant / Billing & Data Entry Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Sales Bills, Invoices, and Transport Bills.
Prepare and maintain Delivery Challans.
Maintain Route Books / Trip Sheets and update daily entries.
Record vehicle trips, loading, unloading, and dispatch details.
Maintain Stock Inward and Outward entries and regularly check stock.
Prepare Daily Sales, Stock, Billing, and Transport Reports.
Enter and update data in MS Excel, Billing Software, or Accounting Software.
Maintain proper records of bills, challans, trip sheets, and other documents.
Handle day-to-day billing, accounting, stock, and data-entry work accurately.

Job Profile:This is mainly an Accountant / Billing Executive / Data Entry Operator role in a transport business, involving billing, challan preparation, stock management, route/trip records, and daily reporting.
