About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting, finance operations, and administrative activities of our growing D2C business.

You will work closely with the founders and management and will be responsible for keeping our financial records, e-commerce payments, employee payments, vendors, and basic office administration organized and up to date.

We are not looking for a highly experienced candidate. A candidate with 0–1 year of experience who is comfortable with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and day-to-day coordination is ideal.

Key Responsibilities1. Accounts & Finance
Maintain day-to-day records of company income and expenses.
Record and organize purchase and sales invoices.
Track company expenses and ensure proper supporting documents are maintained.
Maintain bank transaction records and assist with bank reconciliation.
Track vendor bills, outstanding payments,



and payment schedules.
Maintain records of receivables and payables.
Prepare basic monthly expense and financial reports for management.
Ensure all financial records are properly organized and updated.
E-commerce & Marketplace Accounts
Track sales and settlements from Amazon, D2C website, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
Reconcile marketplace settlements with actual sales.
Track marketplace commissions, fees, returns, refunds, TCS/TDS and other deductions.
Match marketplace settlements with bank credits.
Identify discrepancies between marketplace reports, sales records and bank statements.
Maintain a monthly marketplace reconciliation sheet.
Salary & Employee Payments
Prepare monthly salary calculations based on attendance and applicable deductions.
Coordinate and process monthly employee salary payments.
Maintain employee salary and payment records.
Track employee ad
