Job Opening: Technical Support Executive (Fresher / College Student)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated fresher or college student to join our team as a Technical Support Executive. In this role, you will facilitate virtual webinars for doctors and patients using our in-house platform, ensuring a smooth, professional, and impactful experience. This is a great chance to learn, grow, and start your career immediately

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and configure webinar sessions on our proprietary platform.
Manage pre-webinar preparations: landing page creation, sending confirmation emails, scheduling reminders via email/SMS.
Provide live technical support during webinars to ensure seamless experiences.
Troubleshoot technical issues in real time.




Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, IT, client servicing) to achieve webinar goals.
Maintain post-webinar reports, analytics, and collect participant feedback.
