Responsibilities-
Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools, frameworks, and platforms for developing conversational AI solutions.
Design and implement conversational AI solutions that incorporate advanced technologies such as AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.
Define and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for Conversational AI bot development to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
Oversee the integration of APIs to connect chatbots with external systems (e.g., CRM systems) for enhanced functionality within bot journeys.
Utilize NLU techniques to enhance the chatbot's ability to comprehend user intent and context, enabling personalized responses that improve user satisfaction.
Leverage generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI's GPT) to create adaptive chatbots capable of delivering contextually relevant responses based on user interactions. This includes
