Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable profiles, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates on communication, attitude, experience, stability, and overall suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Discuss compensation, notice period, and joining timelines with selected candidates.
Coordinate offer roll-out and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.




Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and provide regular hiring updates.

Candidate Management
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain proper candidate records and interview feedback.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Conduct reference checks/background verification wherever required.

Reporting & MIS
Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports.
Track open positions, profiles sourced, shortlisted candidates, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
Share regular recruitment updates with the HR Manager and concerned stakeholders.
Analyze sourcing channels and improve hiring effectiveness.
