Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management
Take charge of the entire payroll cycle, ensuring every employee is paid accurately and on time.
Maintain and update payroll records, including salary changes, deductions, and perks.
Ensure full compliance with all applicable payroll regulations.
Swiftly address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
Collaborate closely with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts seamlessly.

HR Administration
Manage and maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Act as the go-to expert for employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
Oversee the petty cash fund, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
Coordinate and manage housekeeping services to ensure a clean, organised, and protected working workplace.

Operations
Drive continuous improvement in HR and administrative processes, making operations more efficient.
Assist in planning and executing engaging employee activities and initiatives.




Assist in implementing and administering performance management systems, ensuring timely feedback and evaluations.
Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression.
Provide ongoing support to employees and managers throughout the performance review cycle, ensuring consistency and fairness in evaluations.
Contribute to programmes that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
Expertise in payroll software and HRIS systems.
Deep understanding of payroll regulations and tax laws as per shop & establishment act.
