Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Engineer to supervise and manage the civil construction activities of a residential villa project. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in residential construction, site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, quantity estimation and project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.
Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Prepare and verify BOQ, measurements and quantity estimates.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely availability at site.




Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Ensure proper execution of work as per required quality standards.
Maintain site records, measurements, progress reports and relevant documentation.
Coordinate contractor billing and verify work measurements.
Use Auto CAD and interpret architectural/structural drawings as required.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
Coordinate with plumbing, electrical and interior teams wherever required.

Employment Terms

The initial employment period will be six (6) months on a project basis. The engagement may be extended based on project requirements, project progress and performance.
