Build and grow a network of doctors and clinics in your territory who prescribe HealKin services to their patients. You are the face of HealKin to the medical community: you introduce our services, convert doctors into active prescribers, and keep them prescribing by closing the loop on every patient they refer. This is a target-driven field role — success is measured in doctor visits made, prescribers activated, and referrals generated.

Key Responsibilities
Field coverage: Complete a minimum of 10 doctor/clinic visits per day (general physicians, consulting physicians, paediatricians, orthopaedics, geriatricians, nursing homes and polyclinics in the assigned territory).
Territory mapping: Build and maintain a master list of all relevant doctors in the territory with visit history, specialty, patient profile and prescribing potential.
Activation: Convert mapped doctors into active prescribers — a doctor who refers at least one patient a month. Detail the full service range and leave prescription pads/QR codes, rate cards and programme brochures.
Closing the loop:



For every referral, ensure the doctor receives a same-day acknowledgement and a service report within 24 hours of the visit. This feedback loop is what keeps doctors prescribing — it is as significant as the sales call itself.
Relationship maintenance: Revisit active prescribers on a fixed beat (at least twice a month), resolve service complaints within 48 hours by coordinating with operations, and reactivate lapsed prescribers.
Reporting: Log every visit in the CRM/tracker the same day — doctor name, outcome, next action. No logged visit = visit not counted.
Market intelligence: Report competitor activity, pricing feedback and current service demand (e.g., seasonal needs like dengue monitoring) to management weekly.
