About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Rust Developer
to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Rust programming, system design, microservices architecture, and modern software development practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable, secure, and effective solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using
Rust
.
Build scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs.
Design and implement microservices and distributed system architectures.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Optimize application performance, resource utilization, and system reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot,



debug, and resolve production issues.
Contribute to CI/CD processes and software delivery automation.
Ensure adherence to security, scalability, and operational excellence standards.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of qualified software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with
Rust programming language
.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
Experience with asynchronous programming, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Proficiency with version control systems such as Git.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
